How do I change the color of email display page?

I have cateracts and the white causes glare. I need to change the screen to a color in order to be able to read.

Under the web search they have mobile,options, and help click on options and then it will give you a list off different things so then youll see mail options,colors,mail plus,important contacts,and switch to yahoo mail classics click on colors then different colors will appear
