Can anyone help me find a full version copy of Deubox Explorer?

Here’s the problem: Red Chair is OUT OF BUSINESS! It’s a program to get music off of a Dell Digital Jukebox MP3 player. It’s the ONLY WAY to get music off of these things so you can move them to a more modern player. I actually PAID $25 for this software 2 weeks ago, and they took my money and sent me NOTHING!!!! There is absolutely no way to purchase this software any longer. Can anyone please help??? I already paid for it! Version 9.03 please. I already found the trial version, but you can’t copy any music with the trial version. This item will not react to any other software whatsoever. PLEASE HELP!!!!
