How do I transfer data from my digital voice recorder to an audio file on my computer?

I have a Sony ICDSX68DR9 digital voice recorder and I would like to transfer the recordings to my computer as an audio file. Later, I want to be able to transfer those audio files to my iPod.

Any suggestions?

My Sony digital recorder came with a program, and when I insert it with the USB port, it just uploads to the computer. I then can manipulate it, name it, etc.
