will Best buy give me an upgrade or a 80 gig ipod if my 4th gen video 60 gig ipod is broken?

I have a 3 year PSP on it. The apple on the ipod keeps on rebooting and not able to get to main screen or even turn off.

I’m not sure if Best Buy will, but the Apple Store will definately give you a discount, even if it is broken.
