Help with my RCA Jet (Mp3 player)?

Does anyone else have an RCA Jet Mp3 player? I’m having trouble accessing the files. I can add files, but I cant figure out how to delete them. When I go into the music file when its plugged into my computer, it never loads. I have it about 80% full. Does anyone know an alternate way I can delete songs off of it?
