Is there a way to tell what store the microwave was purchased at?
I rec’d this as a bridal gift but cannot contact the gift giver about this (family issue).
I need to return a microwave, which does not have the store name on it….but has Janely Vendor 1946, a SKU, and a UPC.
I tried the stores on my registry but it was not from there and they wouldn’t take it. I called the manufacturer and they also can’t tell.
Any idea on how to proceed to find out where this item is from ?

The real question is, can the store tell. If you take it to any store that sells that brand and claim it came from there, maybe they’ll take it, anyhow – worth a shot, just make sure the store does sell that exact brand. You’ll only get store credit for the return, but thats not to bad.
