How do I open a GIF image rec’d in my pix folder as a Yahoo Mail?

It could be a short movie clip. It’s not coming from yahoo to yahoo, but instead from aol to yahoo, if that means anything. I’ve upgraded my windows media and that hasn’t enabled me to open it either.

gif files are usually moving pictures not movies. It should open if you double click on it.

If it doesn’t check your explorer file types and make sure gif is highlighted so it will recognize it.

Try saving it someplace and opening it from there, maybe aol does something strange to it, I don’t know because I don’t use aol but it should open from your email.
