Concerns I hear you say! What happens if I or one of my staff has a problem? Initially review the available documentation and if this does not hep, email us with the specific problem that you are having. Email support is free for the first 30 days, and on a pay per question basis after that (you only pay once until that specific question is resolved to your satisfaction.)
What about updates and upgrades? Updates and upgrades are include for the first year after your purchase. It is possible to purchase an ongoing upgrade licence.
