Samsung Flash Memory Camcorder videos won’t show up on movie maker?
When I try to get videos from a folder that have come from Samsung Flash Memory Camcorder, they won’t show up??
Is there anyway I can stop this?
The problem is that the video format is not supported by WMM. You will need to convert the video to something that It will work with, namely AVI and MPG it does support other Video files: .asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv.
I was recommended Xilisoft video converter, ages ago and it works well for me you can get it here

You can use Nero to edit the video directly, there are free trials, and often packaged with DVD writers.
