How do you fix the home button on the ipod touch?

i jail broke my ipod touch and the home button just stopped working does anyone know how to fix it? how do you reverse a jail break on the touch

Well, If you have jailbroken your ipod touch than you have broken the warranty rules, therefore you cannot return the ipod touch for a new one. What you can do is connect your ipod touch to your computer and open itunes. Once iTunes has detected your ipod touch you can choose to reset your ipod touch to how it was when it came out of the box. This will delete everything one your ipod though, but you can just sync it back afterwards. I’m guessing that the home screen button stopped working because there was a bug in the hacking. Just try what I said. And if that doesn’t work then there’s not much I can say to help, your going to have to live with the consequences of losing almost $300 or $250
