What is the best sunscreen to prevent sundamage?

I live in Glibert, Arizona and have been out here about a year and have some major issues with my skin seeming to be aging to quickly. My ex boyfriend blames it on loosing weight or smoking, I can gaurantee that it’s from the sun.
